The staff upgraded my room to a castle view. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great! breakfast was table service. This was a nice touch. the rooftop bar has amazing views!
I noticed music played constantly. It was particularly loud in the restaurant area.

The staff was attentive! they couldn't do more to. lovely touches included a welcome bottle of wine. the hotel breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice and high food quality. the gym has modern equipment, offering a complete workout experience. restaurants and bars on site provided everything needed for a great experience. What a perfect stay!
The insulation between floors seemed inadequate . i could clearly hear footsteps in the room above. It disrupted the peace, affecting my ability to relax properly

i found the location really convenient. its proximity to major attractions made exploration so effortless. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar became our favorite spot for evening relaxation. staff members, they show a genuine care and this simple thing. they were really kind and helpful
i had a little trouble with the tv settings. the initial setup required a brief call to the front desk. it took a few minutes for them to guide me through it.
